What if I don’t want to cook 5 nights each week?
Easy! The meal plans and shopping lists are designed to be easily customizable, so you can choose how many meals you’d like to make and then only buy what you need for those. And you can change the number of meals you make from week to week so you’re not locked in.
What if my schedule changes?
No problems! The thing with meal plans is that more often than not something comes up. So the Soupstones meal plans are built with this in mind. And each recipe comes with a ‘waste avoidance strategy’ so if you cant eat that meal when you had planned to, you’ll know exactly what to do to ‘preserve’ the ingredients to make it at a later date.
What if I want to use some of my own recipes?
Absolutely no problem. You can choose how many meals you’d like to make from Soupstones and adjust your shopping list accordingly. And you can easily add in the ingredients you need for your own recipes.
What if I don’t like something?
The recipes are designed to be flexible with variations included so you can adjust them (and the shopping lists) to your own personal tastes. Plus you’ll have your free bonus ‘ingredient thesaurus’ to help you substitute ingredients that you do like.
Will I be able to find the ingredients?
The meal plans are based on the same types of recipes that I publish on my blog using easy to find, everyday ingredients that I can get at my local (small country town) supermarket. On the odd occasion I use an ingredient that might be difficult for some people to find, I include alternative suggestions with the shopping lists so it isn’t a problem.
Are the meal plans seasonal?
Yes and no. No there isn’t a separate meal plan released each week for the different hemispheres. However, when I use highly seasonal ingredients like asparagus in Spring, I include an extra alternate recipe that is appropriate for the Autumn (Fall). Same goes for seasonal dishes.
What’s the difference between the different membership types?
You have 2 choices:
1. Monthly Soupstones Meal Planning Membership.
This membership gives you weekly meal plans and shopping lists. You’ll also have access to 1157+ free and paid Stonesoup recipes on the one searchable membership website for as long as you are a member. You will be automatically billed every month until you decide to cancel which is as easy as sending a simple email.
2. Annual Soupstones Membership.
This gives you access to the same content as the monthly members. You pay once for 12 months membership and won’t be billed again. If you wish to extend your membership past 12 months you can do so but you’ll need to signup again. You won’t be billed automatically.
I’m vegan / vegetarian will there be enough recipes to interest me?
You’ll find suggestions in the variations of pretty much every recipe to suit your particular situation. However, I’ll be honest the meal plans are not specifically tailored to suit a vegan or vegetarian diet.
But if you do decide to try it and your particular needs aren’t being met, I’ll be happy to refund your money no problems.
Will I actually use the meal plans?
The last thing I want is for your Soupstones membership to be like a new year gym membership that you never get around to using. So I’ve made it as easy as possible for you to consume the content.
Each week you’ll be emailed a pdf document containing the meal plans, shopping lists and recipes. Either print and go or save it to your computer / iPad / tablet / or smart phone. You’ll also be able to access the meal plans, recipes and shopping lists online from anywhere with an internet connection.
It’s so important to me that you get value from this program that I’ll give you 60 days to decide. If you’re not using it, just email me (email@example.com) and I’ll be happy to give you back 100% of your money. No questions asked.
Will it really work for ME?
I’ve made it as easy as possible for you with step-by-step instructions. But I’ll be honest, you’re only going to get results if YOU take action. It’s totally up to you.
But again, I really want you to be happy with your purchase so you have 60 days to make the most of my risk-free money back guarantee.
Should I be spending this much money?
The Soupstones membership is not some cheap program. It’s an investment that will pay for itself in a surprisingly short amount of time.
If you save yourself from eating out or takeaway just one night per week, you could easily save $20 per week which means the program will have paid for itself by the end of the first week!. Any extra money you save each month goes straight into your pocket 🙂
And that doesn’t take into account the savings you’ll get from less wasted produce. And the savings to your time and stress levels.

“Even if you do know how to cook – this is still useful – tremendously beneficial, a different approach for me – a whole different way of thinking how I approach my meals.”
What if I hate being locked into a plan?
if the thought of planning ahead makes you break out in hives, this probably isn’t the best program for you. I’d really recommend checking out my ebook the ‘2-Minute Meal Plan which teaches you to just buy ingredients and then decide what to cook when you’re ready to cook. No advance planning needed. More details about the ebook over here.
If, however you’re just not sure, I recommend giving Soupstones a try for a few weeks. If you don’t like it you can always cancel with one quick email. And if you really hate it, I’d expect you to ask for a refund! Either way you have nothing to lose 🙂
I’m not very confident in the kitchen, will Soupstones help me?
Absolutely! Remember I’ve written a book called ‘5 Ingredients 10 Minutes’ and my philosophy is all about making healthy meals as easy as possible. It just takes baby steps. And if you’re still worried that you won’t be able to do it, I challenge you to step up and give it a go anyway. You’ve got nothing to lose. If for some reason, you do find it’s not for you, there’s always the 60 day 100% money back guarantee.

“You have changed my life! I never really thought I’d get into cooking, or be any good at it. Your simple recipes and especially your videos and attitude have given me inspiration and confidence. Really dramatic change for me. I can’t thank you enough.”
Would it really be okay if I just try it out and make 2-3 meals and if my family eats them I will thank my lucky stars! And, if not I can cancel? I know I’d be super embarrassed to cancel.
PLEASE don’t feel bad about asking for a refund… I genuinely only want to keep your money if I help you solve your problem!
So yes try it out and then just email me and let me know if it’s a thumbs up or thumbs down…. I’d really be interested to know how you get on either way…
I think this program will have a very good chance of helping you. But again there’s only one way to find out for sure which is why I have the refund policy in the first place.
I thought you were based in Australia. Why are your prices in $US?
Great question! You’re right, I do live in Australia. However the majority of Stonesoup readers are based in North America which is why I’ve chosen to price in $USD. And until recently the exchange rate was pretty much 1:1.
My payment processor does convert to your local currency so you can avoid any overseas transaction fees. If you wish you’re free to choose to pay in another currency. I should also note for Australian customers the price is inclusive of GST.
